About the role
- Technical leadership and coordination of the team responsible for administering and maintaining server systems, including associated access and authorization concepts
- Responsibility for ensuring high system availability, including escalation management and overseeing technical fault resolution
- Active participation in designing and managing the continuous development of group-wide compliance activities in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Technical support and coordination in carrying out risk analyses within established compliance methodologies
- Analysis, evaluation and prioritization of IT-related compliance requirements, as well as monitoring and reporting on implementation status
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by initial leadership experience as a project manager or similar role
- Several years of relevant professional experience in information technology, particularly in compliance and server management, possibly including responsibility for the technical guidance of teams
- Excellent knowledge of IT processes and experience in planning, optimizing and monitoring them
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution- and decision-oriented working style
- High social competence, strong team and communication skills, and enjoyment in leading and developing interdisciplinary teams
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
