About the role
- Operational reporting: creation, updating and quality assurance of regular HR reports and dashboards.
- Power BI dashboards: maintenance, review and further development of existing KPI dashboards, and support in visualizing new metrics.
- Requirements analysis & development: review and optimization of existing reporting processes; identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of your own ideas.
- Interface management: collaboration with IT for data provisioning and coordination with HR teams and managers on report usage.
- Rights and access management: review and administration of user permissions.
- Communication: presenting results and actively liaising with business units.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology (e.g., with a focus on HR or Data Analytics), or a comparable discipline.
- Strong affinity for numbers and a basic understanding of HR processes and KPIs.
- Initial experience with reporting tools (ideally Power BI) and willingness to quickly learn new systems.
- Analytical thinking, structured working style and enthusiasm for process improvement.
- Team-oriented, proactive and solution-focused working approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
