About the role
- Manage and support a defined group of employees
- Advise managers on personnel measures (e.g., hiring, transfers, warnings, terminations)
- Close and confidential cooperation with the works council
- Apply collective bargaining agreements, works agreements and legal requirements
- Draft and process employment and personnel law documents
- Contribute to the development of operational HR processes and participate in HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, (Business) Psychology or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational HR, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
- Solid knowledge of employment law and experience working with works councils and collective bargaining agreements
- Structured, independent and pragmatic approach to work
- Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident demeanor
