About the role

  • Manage and support a defined group of employees
  • Advise managers on personnel measures (e.g., hiring, transfers, warnings, terminations)
  • Close and confidential cooperation with the works council
  • Apply collective bargaining agreements, works agreements and legal requirements
  • Draft and process employment and personnel law documents
  • Contribute to the development of operational HR processes and participate in HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, (Business) Psychology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in operational HR, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and experience working with works councils and collective bargaining agreements
  • Structured, independent and pragmatic approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident demeanor
