About the role

  • Support high-voltage projects from an HSE perspective
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards
  • Conduct regular inspections of construction sites and locations
  • Systematically assess working conditions, plant equipment and work equipment in the operational area
  • Analyze incidents and accidents and determine root causes
  • Develop effective preventive measures to minimize risks
  • Advise managers on hazard assessments and risk analyses
  • Further develop and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Plan and conduct training for employees and managers
  • Conduct internal audits and support external certification processes
  • Prepare reports and documentation for executive management, authorities and certification bodies
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers within the scope of the management system
  • Contribute to the strategic development of occupational safety, quality and environmental standards

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical engineering degree or an equivalent qualification gained through long-term professional experience (e.g., master craftsman or technician)
  • Certified occupational safety specialist (SiFa)
  • Ideally SiGeKo qualification (safety and health coordinator) or willingness to obtain it
  • Initial professional experience in installation, occupational safety and safety management is an advantage
  • Willingness to undertake further training and obtain trainer qualification
  • High level of enthusiasm, assertiveness and strong communication skills
  • Analytical and structured working style
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 80%)
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
