About the role
- Project and process management: Planning, implementation and monitoring of technical projects from concept to completion.
- Team leadership: Leading and motivating technical teams such as engineers, technicians and experienced specialists.
- Quality assurance: Inspecting products and services and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
- Strategic planning: Developing and implementing technical strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
- Personnel and resource planning: Deployment of staff and materials as well as procurement and disposal of work equipment.
Requirements
- Completed university degree as an engineer in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or in a comparable position.
- Demonstrable leadership experience, for example as a Team Leader or Department Manager, including budget and personnel responsibility.
- Independent and structured working style as well as strong team skills.
- Willingness to travel for projects and a valid driving licence.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
