About the role

  • Overall responsibility for quality assurance and quality control on the construction site (E&I)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 as well as all contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and manage the project-specific Quality Management Plan
  • Define and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Support final acceptance inspections and take responsibility for defect management
  • Conduct regular site audits and identify risks at an early stage
  • Perform structured analysis of deviations and initiate effective corrective actions
  • Provide transparent reporting to project management, the client and stakeholders
  • Ensure complete and audit-proof documentation
  • Act as the central point of contact for all QA/QC matters on site

Requirements

  • Technical degree or a qualified vocational/professional training with a focus on quality management
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management – ideally in the construction or energy infrastructure sector
  • Certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist (QSE), Construction Quality Manager (CCQM) or Quality Systems Manager are desirable
  • Knowledge of processes on large construction sites and close cooperation with construction and project teams
  • Strong command of quality management systems, in particular ISO 9001
  • Work in a structured, assertive and solution-oriented manner
  • Be present on site and take responsibility
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
