About the role
- Implement customer projects in industrial IT
- Develop security concepts
- Perform software and operating system installations
- Troubleshoot customer systems

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an IT-related field, e.g., as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or IT systems electronics technician (IT-Systemelektroniker)
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Technical experience in on-site service
- Experience in 2nd level support
- Experience with customer projects in the public sector or industrial environment
- Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server
- Willingness to continuously train in Siemens network components
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team
