About the role

  • Implementation, execution and continuous improvement of processes in construction projects within the overhead line sector.
  • Review of implemented processes during planning and construction phases, including success monitoring and evaluation of improvement measures.
  • Ensuring quality in project-related document management (e.g., construction documentation, minutes, certificates).
  • Serve as the point of contact for project and construction teams on all matters related to processes, standards and document templates.
  • Planning, organizing, and preparing and following up project and construction meetings (PMO meetings).
  • Further development and application of project management tools and methods with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Establishing and maintaining a central lessons-learned database for construction and project execution.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in business administration or engineering, ideally related to construction, infrastructure or project management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Fachwirt [certified specialist], technician).
  • Open to entry-level candidates as well as professionals with several years of experience in process, quality or construction management — we offer the appropriate entry level for your background.
  • Confident user of common MS Office programs; knowledge of MS Project or construction-related planning tools is an advantage.
  • Team spirit, assertiveness, rapid comprehension and strong organizational skills, including in a construction site environment.
  • Driving licence class B and willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations (approx. 3–4 days per week).
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
