About the role

  • Responsible for the economic success and profitability of the business unit, comprising approximately 80 employees.
  • Technical direction and further development of the business unit.
  • Strategic direction and long-term planning of the division.
  • Monitoring and steering the performance of the project portfolio.
  • Acquiring new, innovative projects and building a sustainable customer management approach.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy or Utility Network Construction, or a comparable background.
  • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business.
  • Proven technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are welcome.
