About the role
- Responsible for the economic success and profitability of the business unit, comprising approximately 80 employees.
- Technical direction and further development of the business unit.
- Strategic direction and long-term planning of the division.
- Monitoring and steering the performance of the project portfolio.
- Acquiring new, innovative projects and building a sustainable customer management approach.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy or Utility Network Construction, or a comparable background.
- Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business.
- Proven technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are welcome.
