About the role

  • As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will assume an operational role in personnel management.
  • You are the first point of contact for all employment and personnel law matters.
  • Support a defined group of employees
  • Advise managers on personnel measures (e.g., hiring, transfers, warnings, termination)
  • Close and trust-based collaboration with the works council
  • Implementation of collective agreements, company agreements and legal requirements
  • Preparation and processing of employment- and personnel-law documents
  • Contribute to the development of operational HR processes and participate in HR projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, (Industrial/)Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR work, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Officer, or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and experience with works council activities and collective agreements
  • Structured, independent and practice-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident appearance
