About the role
- Management of the site, including disciplinary, financial and commercial responsibilities.
- Lead and motivate a team of 38 employees.
- Monitor compliance with technical standards and quality.
- Shape the site's technical, strategic and cultural direction.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts.
- Ensure contractual execution of projects and maintain oversight of framework agreements.
- Oversee target attainment regarding costs, schedules, quality and investments.
- Act as a trusted interface between management and staff.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or alternatively a master craftsman/technician qualification (m/f/d).
- Several years of professional experience in project business, preferably in network construction or electrical engineering.
- Proven technical and disciplinary leadership experience.
- IT affinity, specifically with MS Office applications.
- Driving license class B.
