About the role

  • As the central interface, you connect our customers with the business units of Omexom Offshore
  • From the start, you take overall responsibility for bid projects – from the first customer contact through to contract signing
  • You develop tender documents, prepare cost calculations, and develop technical concepts
  • At client meetings you present our company and our solutions convincingly and professionally
  • In this role you organize and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams across various departments
  • Together with Contract Management and the Legal department, you conduct contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors
  • Internally you facilitate bid presentations and risk discussions and ensure transparent decision-making foundations

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business or engineering, e.g. in Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
  • You bring several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager, or in a technical/industrial environment
  • You have a strong understanding of operational processes, tenders, and technical and commercial interrelationships
  • Your working style is structured, independent, and solution-oriented
  • You analyze complex issues confidently and prepare them in a clear, precise, and audience-appropriate manner
  • With your high self-motivation, organizational skills, and enthusiasm, you are able to lead interdisciplinary teams and bring others along
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
