About the role

  • Support the HR department in planning, implementing and monitoring projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders (data protection, works councils, payroll, etc.)
  • Prepare reports, presentations and communication materials for management
  • Create, maintain and further develop guidelines and documentation
  • Identify and manage challenges and project risks
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and methodologies and maintain consistent communication
  • Independently gather information, analyze requirements and implement appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with IT and HR administrators to optimize internal processes

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management
  • Initial project experience, e.g., through internships or working-student positions
  • Analytical skills and an interest in and basic understanding of administrative and IT-related HR issues
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany during the trainee period
  • Experience with project management software and SAP HCM is advantageous
