About the role
- Develop electrical engineering concepts and prepare customer proposals
- Serve as the central point of contact in the project for customers, suppliers, and internal and external partners
- Independently manage projects — from planning through turnkey handover
- Lead projects and ensure compliance with budget, quality, and schedule targets as well as all occupational safety requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Energy Engineering, or a technical vocational qualification (e.g., electronics technician, electrician) with further certification as a technician or master craftsman
- Ideally, professional experience in energy supply and distribution
- Experience in energy engineering projects across different voltage levels
- Knowledge of contract and claim management is an advantage
- Experience in electrical plant construction and project coordination is desirable
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written, and preferably basic knowledge of English
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a structured, independent working style
