• Partner with mid- to large-scale organizations to design custom learning strategies that measurably drive behavior change.
• Conduct needs analysis using surveys and client meetings.

• Present recommendations to senior leaders with clearly defined timelines.
• Curate learning programs from Go1’s 100,000+ course library, ensuring content directly aligns with client business goals.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Go1 library, including its content partners, formats, and individual courses.
• Identify high-impact resources that match client goals (e.g. learning objectives, language coverage, course length and style, etc.).
• Design learning paths that are tailored to support learners at different levels of proficiency.
• Support compliance with industry requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ISO, regulatory standards where applicable).
• Deliver content within agreed timelines while meeting quality benchmarks.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance client relationships and the delivery of learning solutions.
• Join client calls and meetings alongside CSMs to capture requirements and clarify objectives.
• Draft clear, professional follow-up emails that summarize discussions, next steps, and deadlines.
• Actively follow up on pending items across various client projects, ensuring each action is documented upon completion.
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert prospects into clients by conducting discovery calls to identify pain points.
• Delivering tailored playlists that showcase specific Go1 content relevant to the prospect’s industry.

Learning Consultant

Customer Success Manager

• Support SMB clients and reseller partners to drive engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy of the Go1 platform.
• Work closely with Customer Strategy to research and develop customer engagement strategies through email, live training and proactive scaled at-risk outreach.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Go1 products, services and internal structures to provide solutions and support.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, leveraging resources and tools to empower customers to maximise their use of Go1.
• Proactively monitor customer health scores and indicators, identifying and mitigating risks to meet retention targets.
• Contribute to development and iteration of the scaled CS model, knowledge base, tools and repeatable group engagement programs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activities, interactions, and risks using internal tools and systems.
• Utilise Gainsight’s action insights and data for proactive outreach to mitigate churn risk and facilitate customer growth.
• Identify customer champions and grow a community of advocates supporting the Go1 brand.
• Mentor, coach and support other CSMs and collaborate on shared GRR and Customer Satisfaction targets to renew and retain the portfolio.

Customer Success Manager, SMB

Producer

• Partner with the Senior Campaign Manager to translate campaign briefs into high-converting content across email, ads, social, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
• Write and edit clear, engaging copy for: paid media ads, website landing pages, email nurture sequences and drip campaigns, script, storyboard, event collateral, campaign messaging frameworks
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable, channel-optimized formats for social media (e.g., social copy, blog snippets, sales collateral).
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Descript, Synthesia, Canva, etc.) to develop: short-form interactive content, social media videos and visual content to boost engagement
• Align content with campaign objectives, brand tone, SEO best practices, and channel-specific formats
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Campaigns, Design, and Product Marketing
• Develop messaging frameworks that align with personas, industries, and product use cases.
• Track performance of content assets and iterate based on campaign results.
