Systems Engineer

• Use in-depth knowledge and skills in Microsoft SQL Server to perform a full range of SQL queries.
• Apply Yardi schema knowledge and SQL skills to create SQL packages to fix Yardi data discrepancies.
• Apply your experience in supporting Yardi or other ERP systems to decipher errors and find solutions.
• Create & modify tables, views, and reports as needed.
• Troubleshoot Yardi application issues and escalate to senior staff or vendors when necessary.
• Provide frontline support for tier 1 and 2 support requests via our helpdesk system related to Yardi and Yardi integrations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing requirements.
• Monitor system stability to ensure reliability and provide technical guidance.
• Analyze application feature requests and propose solutions with customers and vendors.
• Assist in coordinating Yardi enhancements, upgrades, patches, and testing.
• Create SQL queries and custom reports based on business reporting requirements.
• Administer various Yardi products such as YardiOne, Elevate, and Voyager.
