About the role

  • Visits and provides consultation to office-based general practitioners, psychiatrists, geriatricians, and neurologists
  • Develops and maintains relationships with opinion leaders
  • Achieves assigned sales targets
  • Regularly analyzes territory sales data, defines and implements appropriate measures
  • Continuously monitors the market and competitors
  • Organizes and conducts events and round-table meetings
  • Participates in national congresses, sales meetings, and field training

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative
  • Qualification as a Pharma Specialist with a Federal Diploma (SHQA) is an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Native German/Swiss German language proficiency
  • Professional experience with CRM systems and MS Office
