About the role
- Visits and provides consultation to office-based general practitioners, psychiatrists, geriatricians, and neurologists
- Develops and maintains relationships with opinion leaders
- Achieves assigned sales targets
- Regularly analyzes territory sales data, defines and implements appropriate measures
- Continuously monitors the market and competitors
- Organizes and conducts events and round-table meetings
- Participates in national congresses, sales meetings, and field training
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative
- Qualification as a Pharma Specialist with a Federal Diploma (SHQA) is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Native German/Swiss German language proficiency
- Professional experience with CRM systems and MS Office
