About the role
- Prospect the market and identify new potential customers to whom you could sell our services;
- Establish contact with potential clients, present the services, negotiate, and close contracts;
- Constantly develop the customer portfolio in the covered area;
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, and provide them with support, information, and guidance;
- Develop the database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, cold calling, and networking;
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in B2B sales and business development in services;
- A strong passion for the Real Estate industry;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good negotiation skills, and good presentation delivery;
- Great knowledge of MS Office and CRM software;
- An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven fast learner with strong analytical skills;
- Online sales experience or real estate industry experience is a plus;
- Proactive, dynamic, and customer-oriented;
- English is a plus;
- A team player and a problem solver.
