Compliance

• Lead the global Quality & Regulatory function, setting strategy, standards, and KPIs
• Manage, mentor, and develop the Quality Manager while actively participating in daily quality and regulatory tasks together
• Serve as the senior authority for quality escalations, compliance risks, and regulatory interpretations
• Build scalable systems and processes that support rapid growth and global expansion
• Represent Quality & Regulatory in cross‑functional discussions
• Personally oversee quality of all components, formulas, and finished goods
• Review and partner with internal and external counterparts on regulatory reviews to ensure compliance at all times
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and lead corrective actions for any quality issues
• Maintain and update all quality documentation, including spec documents and component records
