Graphics Designer

• Collaborate with creative, product, retail, and marketing team members to design compelling assets across all channels, including visual merchandising displays, product packaging, print assets, event collateral, marketing mailers, and occasionally email, web, and social assets
• Concept and execute packaging from initial design through production-ready files — maintaining exceptional quality at every stage
• Design retail and point-of-sale materials including displays, fixtures, and in-store signage that bring the brand to life on shelf
• Maintain high brand standards and quality assurance across all work, ensuring it is cohesive, consistent, original, and on-brand
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate flexibility and strong organizational skills across a varied and evolving project load

• Set the creative vision and design direction for the department
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, art directors, and creative talent
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, and Brand teams
• Oversee the full creative process from brief through final execution
• Drive and evolve the brand's visual identity
• Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and production partners
• Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage departmental budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
