About the role

  • Own day-to-day revenue operations across the full funnel: lead → opportunity → close → renewal.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM and revenue tooling to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align processes, definitions, and handoffs.
  • Monitor and improve key revenue metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, churn, expansion).
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, then automate and streamline workflows to support scale.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure data hygiene, system integrity, and operational consistency as the business grows.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a related analytics/ops role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience operating in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset- you see problems and fix them.
