About the role
- Primary goal: maximize Trading Volume on our Futures and Spot Order books in the region through onboarding and retention of Affiliates.
- Secondary: Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand
- Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.
- Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.
- Relationship Building: Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs, being in contact with them frequently, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition
- Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.
- Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.
Requirements
- Solid affiliate marketing experience in the Cryptocurrency space
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
