• Manage all aspects of software development - from planning new features, designing software solutions, testing, and quality management to release and maintenance
• Contribute and participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Control project execution, including estimations, quality control, and timely delivery

• Responsible for all post-sale activities as part of the customers’ journey, including initial onboarding, social strategy, and QBRs.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Lead the expansion and renewal processes for a diverse portfolio of customers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Managers to address clients' technical requests and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform.
• Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Follow and continually execute the Oktopost process for account managers.
