About the role

  • **Responsibilities**
  • - Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and priorities.
  • - Gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • - Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and customer impact.
  • - Facilitate communication and alignment across tech, product, and business stakeholders.
  • - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
  • - Perform acceptance testing and validation of new features before release.
  • - Monitor and analyze product performance using tools such as Power BI or similar; iterate based on data and user feedback.
  • - Contribute to post-launch processes, including documentation, knowledge sharing, and product training.

Requirements

  • **Experience**
  • - 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product execution role.
  • - Domain knowledge in fintech, payments, or consumer platforms
  • - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • - Demonstrated ability to manage product delivery in cross-functional, remote teams.
  • - Strong knowledge of product discovery, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • - Technical & Professional
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • - Knowlege of Greek. Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, as daily collaboration with international teams is essential.
  • - Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • - Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Monday.com.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
