About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from SQL through to close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid-market and enterprise multi-site education groups
  • Deliver compelling demos and tailored presentations linked to real customer outcomes (staff retention, compliance, learning quality)
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and opportunity hygiene in HubSpot
  • Become a subject matter expert in the ECE sector
  • Translate deep customer insight into resonant sales narratives
  • Convert webinars, events and community activity into qualified pipeline
  • Partner closely with Growth, Product and Customer Success
  • Feed market insight and competitive intelligence into product and go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure high-quality customer handover and expansion readiness
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Continuously refine funnel performance using sales data and tooling

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100k+ ACV)
  • Strong communicator who simplifies complex value propositions
  • Self-driven, organised and comfortable in high-growth environments
  • Curious, humble and fast-learning
  • Brings personality, good humour and consultative trust-building energy
  • Nice to have: sector experience across the education/childcare space
