About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from SQL through to close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid-market and enterprise multi-site education groups
- Deliver compelling demos and tailored presentations linked to real customer outcomes (staff retention, compliance, learning quality)
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and opportunity hygiene in HubSpot
- Become a subject matter expert in the ECE sector
- Translate deep customer insight into resonant sales narratives
- Convert webinars, events and community activity into qualified pipeline
- Partner closely with Growth, Product and Customer Success
- Feed market insight and competitive intelligence into product and go-to-market strategy
- Ensure high-quality customer handover and expansion readiness
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Continuously refine funnel performance using sales data and tooling
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
- Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100k+ ACV)
- Strong communicator who simplifies complex value propositions
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable in high-growth environments
- Curious, humble and fast-learning
- Brings personality, good humour and consultative trust-building energy
- Nice to have: sector experience across the education/childcare space
