Sales

• Generating high-quality sales leads: Finding and following up initial contact, retaining and further developing existing contacts, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Providing technical and commercial presentations: Explain our company's products and services to customers.
• Discussing with customers and engineering contractors: Equipment needs and system requirements properties; commercial business cases, risk mitigation actions
• Tender and Offer Preparation: Enhance sales team productivity by preparing high-quality tenders, offers, and internal alignment documents. Ensure all Sales Representatives have up-to-date support materials.
• Order Entry Handling and Verification: Process orders received via email, ensuring accuracy in prices, discounts, and product numbers. Prepare Order Intake Packages, adhere to customer requirements, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including operations, engineering, project management, legal and finance departments to handle sales, marketing queries, and deliveries efficiently.
• Proposal and Contract Development: Serve as a trusted advisor to Ohmium’s Commercial and Legal Teams, standardizing, driving, and supporting the proposal/contract development and order management processes.
• Document Review: Review specifications, RFIs, RFQs, proposals, contracts, and other documents for accuracy and completeness, suggesting creative solutions that balance customer needs and company policies.
• Commercial Governance: Ensure all proposals, contracts, tenders, and related documents are approved within the commercial governance framework.
• Contract Negotiation Management: Oversee the contract negotiation lifecycle, ensuring new and emerging terms are vetted and approved by the appropriate audiences within Ohmium.
• CRM Data Accuracy and Enhancements: Collaborate with Commercial Operations to ensure data accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and recommend system enhancements.
