About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage commissioning, start up and maintenance activities associated with deployed electrolyzer systems
Manage a local and/or remote field team through clear goals and objectives
Perform hands-on field tasks to maintain electrolyzer availability
Collaborate with other stakeholders to improve performance, reliability and serviceability of electrolyzers
Refine electrolyzer commissioning and start up processes to ensure timely availability of hydrogen

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering required or a combination of education, training, and experience providing equivalent expertise
At least 10 years experience in a field service with operations and maintenance responsibility
At least 5 years of management or leadership experience, with increasing responsibility
