About the role
- Provide operational and analytical support for UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Maintain and validate UKG system data
- Collaborate with IT to resolve data discrepancies
- Run and review errors and audit reports
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies
- Generate and analyze workforce reports
- Assist leaders and frontline users with schedule maintenance
- Develop and maintain job aids for UKG and EZ Call functionality
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or similar systems
- Experience with Kronos or UKG configuration
- Familiarity with healthcare workforce scheduling and compliance standards
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel
- Effective communication with stakeholders
