About the role

  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), EZ Call, and related modules.
  • Lead functional discovery sessions with operational leaders to understand workforce, scheduling, and labor management needs.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs and functional recommendations.
  • Advise leaders on UKG best practices, system capabilities, and opportunities for process standardization.
  • Analyze workforce processes and labor trends to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor between HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders.
  • Develop and deliver training, education, and communication to support UKG adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience supporting UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems
  • Strong understanding of workforce operations, scheduling models, and labor compliance
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as UKG Analytics and Business Intelligence
  • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
