About the role
- Design and develop complex instructor-led, online, and blended learning programs
- Collaborate with Learning Business Consultant and internal customers to develop learning content
- Manage end-to-end design and development of education projects
- Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot course issues
- Update existing programs and ensure timely launch of high-quality programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 5 years of experience in education, instructional design, or learning technology
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of rapid eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Lectora, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and the ADDIE method
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details
- Strong oral and written communication skills
