About the role

  • Lead the monthly accounting close in QuickBooks Online with accurate records and proper documentation, and adherence to GAAP standards.
  • Validate data from Treasury, Billing, Payments, Payroll, and operational teams; identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Prepare reconciliations, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments to ensure reliable financial statements.
  • Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, expense categories, and financial data structures.
  • Prepare cash flow statements, budget updates, and monthly reporting packages for Partners.
  • Perform variance analysis and generate insights for financial decision-making.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to accounting rules, COA structure, and financial governance.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles with hands-on involvement in monthly close, data quality, and reporting.
  • Strong experience in reconciliations, accruals, cash flow, and budgeting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Working proficiency in English is a must.
