About the role
- Analyze and interpret platform data to extract insights, identify opportunities, and develop optimization recommendations.
- Build strategic, story-driven reports translating metrics into actionable client-ready learnings.
- Manage and maintain content across multiple social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams to deliver data-informed social media strategies.
- Foster and manage online communities through authentic engagement and consistent brand voice.
- Monitor audience sentiment and engagement trends, leveraging insights to refine content and communication strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in account & social media management, analytics, and client servicing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, and particular Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas).
- Proven experience in working with AI tools and systems is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client-facing interactions confidently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a passion for digital innovation.
- Native-level fluency in English, written and spoken
