About the role

  • Act as day-to-day client contact, translating briefs into clear instructions and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across teams and partners.
  • Manage and optimize content across social platforms, applying latest trends and AI-powered features.
  • Track and report performance metrics with actionable recommendations, in collaboration with the Performance Team.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring authentic engagement and monitoring sentiment and feedback.
  • Collaborate with creative, PR, ATL, and influencer teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Support junior team members in content, reporting, and community management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in account & social media management, analytics, and client servicing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced use of social media analytics tools
  • Proven experience in working with AI tools and systems is required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects
  • Native-level fluency in English, written and spoken
