- Ofload is a FreightTech company digitising Australian freight to reduce empty truck miles and optimise supply chains.
- Own key relationships with shippers and carriers; manage expectations and drive service improvements.
- Allocate shipments, matching loads to carriers using real-time insights and operational judgement.
- Monitor capacity and data to ensure on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-line support via calls.
- Handle inquiries, resolve escalations, and build lasting partnerships.
- Educate carriers to use Ofload’s technology and services.
- Accurately track interactions in the platform and maintain clear records.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Sales to improve processes and customer experience.
