• Management of IT contracts (platforms, tools, service agreements) and data contracts, and various agreements: contract analysis and review, negotiation of agreements, and management of terminations and amendments.
• Regulatory compliance related to European law (Digital Operational Resilience Act, AI Act) and monitoring of risks associated with the activity.
• Participation in the implementation of associated controls.
• Project to reorganize our contract library.
• Administration and monitoring of class action and securities litigation files: evaluating opportunities, tracking litigation, and assisting during settlement phases of transactions.
