About the role
- Collect and analyze data related to business relationships
- Apply a risk-based approach
- Ensure a positive client experience
- Support updates to procedures related to the activity
- Populate the KYC tool to initiate the Business Relationship due diligence process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and distributors
- Resolve issues that could generate risk for Ofi Invest Asset Management
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent)
- Knowledge of asset management and client typologies
- Knowledge of regulations (AMF, MiFID)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
