Paralegal

• Accurately enter and review client data into drafting software systems
• Draft legal documents using provided software, templates and checklists
• Proofread and edit documents to eliminate errors and ensure consistency
• Conduct document reviews for formatting, grammar, and internal consistency
• Work full-time with the Client company while receiving ongoing support from the Agency
• Participate in ongoing check-ins, feedback and development via Slack, bi-weekly meetings, and monthly reviews

• Be the voice and support system for homeowners—managing communications, ensuring smooth project tracking, and upholding exceptional service from start to finish.\n• Answer inbound calls and respond to homeowner inquiries with professionalism and warmth\n• Manage project details and updates in Acculynx; Handle data entry and keep our CRM accurate and up-to-date\n• Proactively reach out to homeowners before, during, and after projects to ensure satisfaction\n• Route customer communications to the right internal teams\n• Provide administrative and operational support as needed
