About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects when they call or email the firm.
- Quickly build rapport with prospects and gather necessary information, logging data into CRM.
- Efficiently schedule clients for initial consultations and motivate them to complete their intake homework.
- Nurture and engage clients throughout the planning process, providing consistent communication.
- Manage all scheduling for the attorney, confirming appointments and following up as needed.
- Send engagement letters, invoices, and follow-up emails for payment.
- Support the trust funding process by gathering and confirming client documents.
- Assist with light content posting and scheduling for social media.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in client support with administrative duties.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Client Relationship or Case Management platforms is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Up to $1200, depending on experience
