About the role

  • You drive topics, contribute ideas and ensure social media becomes a real growth channel.
  • Together with our Head of Marketing and our Content Creator you form a well-coordinated, effective trio.
  • You develop our social media strategy (including the content plan) and confidently implement it.
  • You produce high-quality content – videos, Reels, Stories, photos, carousels.
  • You make our brand feel modern, clear and relevant for workshops.
  • You manage our community, respond to inquiries and build genuine relationships.
  • You coordinate external creators and influencers.
  • You support the team on projects, trade shows & events.
  • You work closely with Marketing & Sales to align content and customer journeys cleanly.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management
  • Independent working style, strong sense for visual language, video and storytelling
  • Experience with Reels, short-form videos, social media tools and basic image/video editing
  • Enjoy creating ideas, quick learner and driven to actually execute things
  • Bold, confident and empathetic presence – both on and off camera
  • Very good German language skills
