About the role
- You drive growth through proactive outbound activities.
- Generate new leads and create demand in the DACH market.
- Research and identify potential customers across various channels.
- Use a range of tools and techniques for customer acquisition to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle: cold calling, sending emails and other communication methods.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demos.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with your customers.
- Attend networking events, conferences and trade shows to grow your customer network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify further growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Some prior work experience as an SDR or in a comparable sales role is desirable.
- Strong commercial awareness and a high degree of curiosity.
- Resilience and a get-it-done mentality, as well as the ability to solve problems analytically.
- Interest in learning about software and the SaaS world.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages: German and English (C1–C2).
- Ability to build trust and convey enthusiasm.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
