About the role

  • You drive growth through proactive outbound activities.
  • Generate new leads and create demand in the DACH market.
  • Research and identify potential customers across various channels.
  • Use a range of tools and techniques for customer acquisition to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: cold calling, sending emails and other communication methods.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with your customers.
  • Attend networking events, conferences and trade shows to grow your customer network.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify further growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Some prior work experience as an SDR or in a comparable sales role is desirable.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a high degree of curiosity.
  • Resilience and a get-it-done mentality, as well as the ability to solve problems analytically.
  • Interest in learning about software and the SaaS world.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: German and English (C1–C2).
  • Ability to build trust and convey enthusiasm.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
