Account Executive

• As an Account Executive, you will strategically guide the digital transformation of mid-market companies and enterprises across the DACH region.
• You act like an entrepreneur — from the initial analysis to the final closing — and build long-term partnerships.
• In qualification conversations, you analyze project requirements and strategic challenges of potential clients and develop a deep understanding of their business.
• You dive into business processes and workflows across all relevant departments, using RFIs/RFQs, use cases, and comprehensive meetings as your tools.
• You design tailored solution strategies and demonstrate in compelling live demos how our software meets the needs of potential clients and optimizes their IT landscape.
• You act as a sparring partner for C-level decision-makers and support them in their digital transformation.
• You work closely with our business analysts — both in pre-sales to develop specific solutions and during the implementation phase in steering committees.
• You lead contract negotiations and address legal aspects.
• You contribute your experience and ideas to the development and optimization of the Mid-Market & Corporate division.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• In this role you will drive the optimization of our accounting solution.
• You will analyze processes, identify opportunities to improve our software, and collaborate closely with our product managers to design new features.
• You will spend approximately 50% of your time working on exciting accounting projects for clients across various industries.
• You will configure workflows and design solutions that help make processes more efficient.
• You will analyze gaps between client needs/market requirements and the current functionality of our accounting solution.
• From your analysis you will derive concrete proposals for new features and further develop them together with the product managers.
• You will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders such as clients and partners, and share your expertise in workshops and similar formats.
