• Manage and standardize the use of JIRA across all teams, promoting workflow innovation, AI integration, and dissemination of best practices.
• Administer the Power BI dashboard library, leading integrations and developments that support project management.
• Prepare studies, management reports, dashboards, and presentations, providing visibility into key metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor product KPIs, timelines, and operational efficiency, proposing continuous improvement actions and cost reduction measures.
• Collaborate with business, projects, finance, innovation, and agile teams, fostering a culture of value creation, results, and excellence.
• Participate in the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), promoting alignment, collaborative planning, and scaled value delivery.
