About the role
- Monitor and resolve IoT device issues to maintain >98% uptime across client portfolios
- Use ticketing software (Zoho Desk or similar) to log, track, and close all device-related issues
- Communicate daily with property managers, engineers, and contractors via Zoom, calls, texts, and emails to resolve problems
- Manage and deploy contractor resources for onsite maintenance when remote resolution isn’t possible
- Create and improve playbooks, escalation protocols, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide clear, professional updates to clients and internal teams throughout the resolution process
- Lead and define IoT maintenance function
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written english communication
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Strong knowledge of IoT hardware, wireless devices, and connectivity (Modbus, BACnet, WiFi, LTE)
- Proficient with Zoho Desk, Jira, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems
- Fluent in English; able to build rapport with U.S. property managers and engineers
- Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, passion for problem-solving
