About the role
- Own your product area - backlog, roadmap, and outcomes.
- Where processes exist, adopt and improve them; where they don't, establish lightweight, practical ways of working.
- Define and maintain a clear, defensible roadmap that reflects business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Lead delivery on two high-priority, high-visibility initiatives from the outset, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations end-to-end.
- Communicate progress clearly and proactively to senior stakeholders.
- Set sharp priorities and make data-informed decisions to ensure focus on what drives the most value.
- Define and track the metrics that matter across both SaaS and service-delivery dimensions: activation, retention, operational efficiency, client satisfaction.
- Translate feature delivery into commercial language - what moves churn, what drives upsell, what improves service economics.
- Partner with UX to create continuous feedback loops from user interviews, behavioral data, and frontline team insights.
- Distinguish between feature requests and underlying problems - and recognize when the best solution is not to build.
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, design, sales, support, and operations.
- Manage diverse stakeholders while keeping a sharp focus on outcomes; secure alignment on what gets built - and what doesn’t.
Requirements
- Proven mid-senior Product Manager experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
- Ability to own a product area with confidence, working independently while collaborating closely with senior product leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen: able to connect product decisions to SaaS metrics, service KPIs, and revenue outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and presenting confidently to senior leadership.
- Solid agile practitioner: able to shape and improve team processes, not just follow them.
- Data-literate: comfortable defining metrics, setting targets, and using data to prioritize and defend decisions.
- Clear, structured communication- written (user stories, acceptance criteria) and verbal (stakeholder updates, discovery sessions).
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively and to a high standard, both as an assistant to your day-to-day work and as a prototyping tool.
Benefits
- Real ownership – responsibility for a business-critical product
- Direct impact – close collaboration with senior decision-makers
- Strong engineering culture – skilled developers and modern ways of working
- Scaling platform – a SaaS product with long-term growth ambitions
- Fast-moving environment – pragmatic, collaborative, and product-focused
