About the role

  • Work closely with the HR Team to determine the different departments' recruitment needs/statuses and support recruitment discussions
  • Headhunt and engage with candidates on LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms
  • Screen CVs and interview candidates, as well as write evaluations about them
  • Recruit for different roles across departments and locations
  • Play an integral part in collecting and showcasing external salary benchmarking data and presenting it to the business
  • Manage, maintain and improve our ATS (Personio) functions and workflow
  • Assist in the writing, proofreading, and publishing of Job Descriptions on all platforms, including social media platforms and Job boards
  • Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process and give timely feedback
  • From time to time, support the HR team with onboarding initiatives and other HR activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role for at least 1 year, preferably in-house
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
