About the role
- Partner with the CORE leadership team to define and evolve a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives
- Translate long-term vision into clear, actionable roadmaps that balance platform investments, customer value, and near-term execution
- Ensure strategic coherence across multiple product areas, avoiding fragmentation and duplication
- Coordinate deeply with Business Acceleration, Commercial, Analytics, Data Management, Engineering, and Design to ensure product strategies are grounded in data realities and technical feasibility
- Align product direction with platform and engine capabilities, ensuring teams are building scalable, reusable solutions
- Ensure customers are realizing value from ODAIA’s engines and insights, not just feature adoption
- Define and track outcome-based success metrics (e.g., customer impact, behavioral change, performance lift).
- Incorporate continuous customer feedback and usage data to refine strategy and priorities
- Oversee execution across multiple pods or teams, ensuring alignment to strategy and clarity on priorities.
- Actively remove blockers, resolve trade-offs, and support teams in making high-quality product decisions
- Maintain a strong bias toward learning, iteration, and evidence-based decision making
- Manage, coach, and grow Product Managers reporting to you, setting clear expectations and career development plans
- Establish strong product craft standards across discovery, delivery, and measurement
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-centric thinking within the product organization
- Be outcome-driven, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions
- Provide clear context to stakeholders on what the data is showing, what it isn’t, and how learnings should influence strategy
- Champion experimentation, measurement, and continuous learning across teams
- Present product strategy, progress, and learnings to executive leadership and the broader organization
- Clearly articulate the “why” behind decisions and sell the strategy to drive alignment and momentum
- Serve as a trusted product leader who can influence without authority across functions
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple product teams
- Proven experience working with data-heavy, analytics, or AI-driven products.
- Strong track record of defining product strategy and delivering outcomes at scale
- Experience managing and mentoring Senior Product Managers
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through change
