Implementation Specialist

• Lead complex, multi-system implementations for enterprise customers
• Serve as an escalation point for implementation or customer data challenges

Lead Data Implementation Engineer

Program Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementation and expansion programs, owning execution across scope, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes for multiple concurrent engagements
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for assigned enterprise customers, partnering closely with Business Acceleration Partners to translate customer strategy and requirements into structured, executable program plans
• Establish and manage delivery governance for customer programs, including detailed project plans, RAID logs, change control, and executive status reporting
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across Business Acceleration, Implementation Consulting, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to promote alignment and delivery predictability
• Lead customer facing delivery ceremonies including kickoffs, discovery sessions, and steering committee meetings, bringing clarity, accountability, and continued delivery throughout the programs lifecycle
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, while escalating with clear context,, and recommendations when needed in collaboration with the Business Acceleration Partners
• Apply structured change management practices within customer programs to support adoption, readiness, and value realization, proactively identifying and escalating risks

• Partner with the CORE leadership team to define and evolve a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives
• Translate long-term vision into clear, actionable roadmaps that balance platform investments, customer value, and near-term execution
• Ensure strategic coherence across multiple product areas, avoiding fragmentation and duplication
• Coordinate deeply with Business Acceleration, Commercial, Analytics, Data Management, Engineering, and Design to ensure product strategies are grounded in data realities and technical feasibility

• Maintain a deep understanding of and can seamlessly convey the value proposition, business strategy, mission and product offerings
• Translate the customer’s brand and data strategy and define the ideal ODAIA solution to deploy
• Collaborate to elicit high-level requirements, capture business and end user needs
• Complete assessment of customer data sets and end user workflows to best define user requirements, provide insight and recommend improvements

• Understand the customer structure, stakeholders and needs and build relationships across levels

• In partnership with customers, lead and manage day-to-day campaign strategy and execution, optimization and reporting, strategic testing, budget recommendations, and billing and actualization
• Apply strong analytical rigor to drive measurable campaign performance improvements, contributing to significant year-over-year growth across high-investment enterprise campaigns
• Act as the strategic owner of customers’ omnichannel success post-deployment, ensuring Campaign Intelligence is embedded into ongoing commercial and marketing decision-making
• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial, brand, and analytics teams by interpreting Campaign Intelligence insights and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations
• Consult with customers on campaign performance across channels (e.g., rep-driven and non-rep-driven), identifying what is working, what is not, and why
• Collaborate with the agency, DSP, and other martech vendors of our customers to foster a true partnership mentality and cross-company culture of data-driven experimentation
