Implementation Specialist

• Lead complex, multi-system implementations for enterprise customers
• Serve as an escalation point for implementation or customer data challenges
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on roadmap priorities
• Establish implementation playbooks, documentation practices, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks
• Help shape and refine the technical delivery strategy for the team
• Drive automation and scalability across onboarding and ingestion
• Coach and develop Senior and Intermediate Implementation Engineers
• Represent ODAIA as a technical leader in customer-facing forums
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms to improve delivery performance
