About the role
- Assist with new and periodic updates to marketing content including presentation decks, case study documents, teasers helping to ensure all our content aligns to our distribution strategy and messaging.
- Monitor investor engagement and follow-up activities to identify "warm" leads, ensuring the Distribution team is positioned to convert interest into commitments effectively
- Identify and qualify prospective investors by conducting research, building a robust pipeline to support fundraising targets.
- Coordinate the CRM system to map out key clients' investment strategy to maximise our knowledge for our sales process.
- Assist on periodic updates to our institutional clients across our product lines and wider business as well as thought leadership.
- Support organising roadshows for Europe and Asia.
- Project management to deliver successes on events, external or internally-hosted, industry conferences to ensure smooth coordination and preparation.
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in German: Ability to accurately translate marketing materials and communicate professionally with DACH-region institutional investors.
- Some exposure, experience or degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an interest in the Renewable Energy or Infrastructure sectors is preferred.
- High Proficiency in MS Office: Specifically PowerPoint for pitch book formatting and Excel for maintaining investor trackers and data.
- Organisational & Project Management Skills: The ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Proactive "Sales" Mindset: A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, conduct research into prospective leads, and follow up on action items.
- The ability to act as a professional point of contact for high-net-worth or institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail.
