About the role
- Lead our core finance functions - Financial Management & Accounting, Financial Operations, Financial Risk, and Pricing.
- Support our Strategic Finance team in financial planning.
- Responsible for performance, planning and development across each area in finance including leading a team of exceptional people to unlock their full potential.
- Drive the rollout of low carbon technologies in homes across the UK.
Requirements
- You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with senior leadership experience in a complex, high-growth or operationally intensive business.
- Highly commercially savvy with a track record of delivering results and influencing at executive level
- Hands-on, pro-active and analytical, able to move seamlessly between boardroom strategy and operational detail
- Passionate about renewable energy, sustainability and building organisations that do good while doing well
- Thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, tech-enabled culture
- Have experience in high growth multifaceted organisations, driving change, innovation and disruption of status quo
- Able to guide the operational leaders on which activities are most impactful
- Be on the pitch - this isn’t a role of analysis from the sidelines
