About the role
- Holistic management and strategic expansion of existing key accounts
- Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships at both management and technical levels
- Identifying cross- and upselling opportunities in the SAP and IT services area
- Managing the entire sales process: requirements analysis, proposal preparation, presentations, contract negotiations
- Close collaboration with internal specialist teams (SAP Consulting, Development, Project Management)
- Participating in client meetings, workshops and, occasionally, public tenders/RFPs
- Representing the company as a reliable, solution-oriented partner
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a technical field
- Several years of experience in Account or Key Account Management within the IT or SAP environment
- Good understanding of SAP solutions, IT services or digitalization projects
- Strong customer focus and a keen sense for customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker/executive level
- Structured, independent working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel as required for client support
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
