About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, and screening candidates, to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, ensuring that all programs are compliant with legal requirements.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives, including the identification of training needs and tracking employee progress.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for management review.
  • Support administrative functions by managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate closely with management to assist in the implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Continuously improve HR processes via automation and technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, engagement, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent in Oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other HRIS applications.
  • Knowledgeable in automation and/or AI tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Must be proficient in Google Workspace and/or MS Office.
  • Familiarity with additional project management tools and various HRIS platforms, is a valuable advantage.
